Hello!
I am a passionate church musician dedicated to an authentic renewal of the musical tradition and heritage of the Roman Catholic Church. I compose, conduct, and perform church music of a variety of composers both old and new, and have a heart for teaching and sharing the beauty of our Catholic faith.
My Story
As a sophomore in high school, I learned to play about 7-8 chords on the guitar, and I was dangerous! I was eventually put in charge of selecting and preparing music for our weekly school Masses, and was wildly un-trained or qualified to be doing that. I came to find out that the Catholic Church actually has instructions for sacred music and rubrics to follow for amateurs like me. I dove in head first, and haven't looked back!

Fast forward to today, I am now a full-time church musician playing organ, directing multiple choirs, composing new sacred music, teaching about the liturgy, and I am loving every minute of it! I am on a mission to spread the beauty of sacred music, especially sacred liturgical music, to all parishes. Through the offering of beautiful sacred music, we can foster an encounter with Christ in the liturgy for all who gather to worship.

If you have ever found yourself wondering about "why" you do something at Mass-- from the standing, sitting, and kneeling, to the use of Gregorian chant and Latin in a modern world where neither of those things seem applicable, I hope I can share with you the wisdom of the Church that leads us all into greater unity by our common celebration of the Holy Mass.
